Oyoq uzunligini qanday o‘lchash kerak:

  1. Qog‘oz varag‘ini sirpanmasligi uchun tekis va qattiq yuzaga mahkamlang.
  2. Qog‘oz ustiga turing, oyoqlarni yelka kengligida qo‘yib, vaznni teng taqsimlang (qog‘oz ustida faqat bitta oyoq turadi).
  3. Ruchka yoki qalamni tik holda ushlab, boshqa odamdan bosh barmoqning uchi va tovonning eng chiqib turgan nuqtasini belgilab berishini so‘rang.
  4. Belgilar qo‘yilgach, qog‘ozdan tushing va lineyka yoki santimetr lenta yordamida ushbu ikki nuqta orasidagi masofani o‘lchang — bu sizning oyoq uzunligingiz hisoblanadi.
  5. Xuddi shu jarayonni ikkinchi oyoq uchun ham takrorlang. Oyoqlar uzunligidagi kichik farq — bu normal holat.
  6. O‘lcham tanlashda ikkala o‘lchamdan kattasini asos qilib oling va o‘lchamlar jadvali bilan solishtiring. Agar qiymat ikki o‘lcham orasida bo‘lsa, kattaroq o‘lchamni tanlash tavsiya etiladi.
